The customer Interfaces allows you to plugin into all existing interfaces that your application requires – these can be inhouse interfaces or external interfaces. Simply put interfaces can be of any standard protocol – an API or a File feed or even an email can be setup as a interface. Your imagination is the limit !.
Applicationsgateway is used to hosthese interfaces – that are then plugged into your application for request / responses. A Fully managed gateway, that requires no resources or investment, making it feasible for organisations to focus on the business rather than build and maintain.
Enabling Integration requires three investments – a. Platform b. Development c. Maintenance
Platform is your middleware, Development is your integration development cycle and Maintenance is ongoing maintenance of deployed applications.
Interface as a service is all of these clubbed together and provided as a service in a small monthly subscription cost.
